Circular Sourdough Bread
Each loaf baked in our bakery contains a small portion of old bread. This not only allows us to reuse old bread, it also improves the taste and prolongs the shelf life of new loaves.
Pulp Fiction Challenge
We already reuse all of our leftover bread. Now, we’re tackling a new challenge: using leftover fruit pulp fibers to create more healthy and tasty recipes.
Living lab
Our circular experiments and creations are tested in the Baking Lab cafe and sold in the storefront, playfully engaging the general public with our mission.

Change Perception, Care and Make a Difference

At the heart of our training program is a simple question: How can we bring more balance to the way we use our senses, make common sense common again, and use our vast knowledge and capabilities not to harm the environment and our communities, but to respect and strengthen them?

Too often, we rely mainly on sight and hearing, while our more earthy senses—smell, touch, and taste—remain in the background. By reintegrating these often-overlooked senses into the design of creative, circular processes, we explore ways to uncover “hidden” and frequently wasted opportunities.

During the training, we utilise the artisan space to experiment with unconventional ways of reconnecting with these opportunities in surprising and innovative ways. This approach is not only inspirational but also provides guidance for navigating the complex challenges of our time.

Sustainable change often relies on small steps. It starts with a small, noticeable effect on the individual, but can ultimately lead to a genuine, lasting, and expanding impact.

You don’t leave our training with a checklist to solve the problem—you leave it with a compass. You don’t get answers—you learn to ask better questions.
